DIMENSIONS:
- Packaging Box - 350mm x 300mm x 250mm
- When box rooms are stacked - 750mm x 305mm x 230mm
- When collapsed and packed up with lid on - 335mm x 305mm x 240mm
The boxes sit one on top of the other, each slightly smaller than the one below. It's great for small spaces - a nice big dolls house which takes up minimal floor space. AND it packs away when not being used - pop the boxes inside one another then the lid on - dolls and furnishings can be stored inside. Neat, dust-free, space-saving!
Box edges have been rounded off - no sharp edges.
The play house has been stained using refined plant oils and waxes. The surface is safe for humans, animals and plants when dry (suitable for children's toys acc. to EN 71.3)

Huisje Design miniature items and settings are approximately 1:12 scale but may not be a suitable size for any existing 1:12 setting in which you might intend to use them. Exchanges and returns are gladly accepted but you will be responsible for all postage costs. Returned items will be fully refunded once we have received the item/s in the original undamaged condition.
